Do you use kennels?

Nope!

We do not use  kennels. Dogs are free to roam, play, and rest as they please.

Does my dog need to be neutered or spayed?

Males over one year old must be neutered (via surgery, chemical castration, or implant).
Females do not need to be spayed, but if they are in season, we ask that they stay home until their cycle is complete.

2. Free Half-Day Trial – We’ll book your pup in for a free trial to ensure they’re the perfect fit.
 3. Regular Care – If they love it (which we know they will!), we’ll set up their regular daycare schedule.

We regularly post updates on our social media, so you can see what your pup is up to! You’re also welcome to message us if you’d like to check in.

Absolutely! Just let us know their dietary requirements, and we’ll ensure their meals and treats are handled accordingly.

You’re welcome to bring in their food and any specific treats they enjoy.

Drop-off is 7:30-9:00 am. We ask all dogs to arrive by 9:00 am so the fun can begin!

Pick up:
Monday - Thursday before 5:55pm (1pm for FREE trial)
Fridays before 5:45pm (1pm for FREE trial)

What if my dog is nervous or anxious?

Our experienced team helps nervous rescues, shy pups, and older dogs settle in with gentle introductions and structured play, ensuring they feel safe and supported.

We work with the but not all dogs may be suitable for our daycare environment.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens! Just give us 24 hours’ notice, and there’s no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full daycare rate.

We work closely with owners on jumping up, wait training, paw training, and more.

What's the contingency for emergencies?

First aid trained staff on-site at all times.
Vet* just minutes away.

*As a Daycare, we are registered at the local vets

In the event of an emergency, the owner is informed straight away.

Staff will take the dog straight to the vets if required

Cozy rest areas are always available for some shut eye!

But we do have set resting times throughout the day with beds and sofas. Giving pups the perfect balance of play and downtime.
