  • How will I know if my dog enjoys daycare?
    Start with a free half-day trial! (9am - 1pm) You’ll receive a midday "Pupdate" with photos to see how they’re settling in!
  • Do you offer a discount for multiple dogs?
    Yes! Two dogs are £56.40 (inc. VAT) instead of £71 (inc. VAT). The dogs must be from the same household!
  • What does an average day look like?
    No two days are the same! Your dog will enjoy: 🐾 Agility & playtime 🧠 Brain puzzles & enrichment games 🫧 Bubble fun & treat hunts 🐶 Peanut butter tastings 🐾 Cuddle time & socialisation … and so much more!
  • Do you use kennels?
    Nope! We do not use kennels. Dogs are free to roam, play, and rest as they please.
  • Does my dog need to be neutered or spayed?
    Males over one year old must be neutered (via surgery, chemical castration, or implant). Females do not need to be spayed, but if they are in season, we ask that they stay home until their cycle is complete.
  • How do I book my dog in?
    1. Submit an Inquiry – Via the website or message us on social media. 2. Free Half-Day Trial – We’ll book your pup in for a free trial to ensure they’re the perfect fit. 3. Regular Care – If they love it (which we know they will!), we’ll set up their regular daycare schedule.
  • How can I check on my dog during the day?
    We regularly post updates on our social media, so you can see what your pup is up to! You’re also welcome to message us if you’d like to check in.
  • How much does daycare cost?
    A full day of daycare is £35.50 (inc. VAT). Try us out for FREE, with a half-day trial!
  • My dog has a special diet. Can you accommodate their needs?
    Absolutely! Just let us know their dietary requirements, and we’ll ensure their meals and treats are handled accordingly. You’re welcome to bring in their food and any specific treats they enjoy.
  • How do I know my dog will be safe?
    Fully secured site. First aid trained staff on-site. Vet just minutes away.
  • What are your drop off & pick up times?
    Drop-off is 7:30-9:00 am. We ask all dogs to arrive by 9:00 am so the fun can begin! Pick up is anytime before 6pm (1pm for FREE trial)
  • What if my dog is nervous or anxious?
    Our experienced team helps nervous rescues, shy pups, and older dogs settle in with gentle introductions and structured play, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    Life happens! Just give us 24 hours’ notice, and there’s no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full daycare rate.
  • Do you provide training?
    Yes! We work closely with owners on jumping up, wait training, paw training, and more. Please inquire for more details!
  • What's the contingency for emergencies?
    First aid trained staff on-site at all times. Vet* just minutes away. *As a Daycare, we are registered at the local vets In the event of an emergency, the owner is informed straight away. Staff will take the dog straight to the vets if required
  • What if my dog gets tired or needs a break?
    Cozy rest areas are always available! Giving pups the perfect balance of play and downtime.
