We understand that your pets are like family, and it’s our top priority to make you feel comfortable with the care we provide them. To make sure all your questions are answered, we’ve included our FAQs below.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Of course! If your dog requires a special diet then please let us know and we will ensure that diet is followed. You’re more than welcome to bring in your dogs own food and treats for us to use.
What is your price?
A full day of daycare is £27.50+vat
How can I check on my pet during the day?
We are active on multiple social media sites and you are welcome to send us a message throughout the day to check.
I want to book my dog in, how do I do this?
The first step is to reach out to us on one of our social media platforms. We will then book your dog(s) in for a free half day trial providing certain requirements are met.
Does my dog have to be neutered/spayed?
We require all male dogs over the age of one to be neutered. Whether this is through regular surgery, chemically or implanted. Females do not need to be spayed, however, if they are in season we ask that they are kept at home until it is finished.
Do you use kennels?
We do not use kennels. Our dogs are free to roam the entire building whilst in our care.
What does an average day consist of?
Each day here is different and full of fun activities and enrichment, this includes but is not limited to: bubbles, brain puzzles, treat hunt, peanut butter tasting, special treat tasting, agility, cuddle time and so much more!
When is drop off and pick up?
Drop off is between 7:30am and 9am. Pick up is anytime before 6pm
Are the staff canine first aid trained?
Yes. Each member of staff is fully qualified.
Do you get discount for 2 dogs?
Yes, for two dogs it’s £44 instead of £55
How will I know my dog enjoys it?
You can book in a half day FREE trial to ensure your pup gets on well and you will receive pupdates and photos during the day
